Tip  -  Make a note of the property viewing reference number on the Properties to Rent page ( its the number in red and looks like this V.Ref:123 ) you will need this information whichever way you make contact and makes sure that we are talking about the same property!

Accompanied viewings

All viewings will be by be accompanied by someone from Peak Letts. Viewings are by prior appointment. Please note that due to insurance reasons, it is our policy that we are not able to lend out keys or allow unaccompanied visits. 

Viewing times

Normally we will arrange a property viewing during working hours of 9.30am - 5.30pm . Daytime is without doubt the best time to view any property .

If however, you are really stuck and unable to meet during the day we can make arrangements for an early evening or weekend viewing.

If you are running late...

....or if you get lost , please get in touch asap! We will often have a number of viewings booked in a day and so if you are going to be late, we may well have to leave so as not to be late for our next appointment. Please always carry you mobile phone with and make sure that it is switched on so that we can contact you!

'Under reference'

If you like a property that you view, you will need to apply to become a Tenant. 
To  apply is easy. There is a standard application form to fill out and a 'Tenant Application Fee' to pay. Please note that this fee is non refundable and is an administration charge  that we make to process your application to become the tenant of  a specific property . From the details that you provide we will organise references and put things in motion to set up your Tenancy .

IMPORTANT NOTE : - Once you have formally applied to become the tenant and your Tenant's Application Fee has cleared, the property will not be shown to anyone else and will be described as being 'under reference' (i.e. taken off the available property list awaiting references with a view to letting out the property specifically to you).
